    New Beginner Group Fitness Class

    We are excited to add a new Fitness 101 (beginner) class to our afternoon schedule. This class is now available at 4:30pm on Wednesdays and is a great introduction to group fitness. Show up a few minutes early and introduce yourself to the instructor, who will be glad to share some suggestions and tips for a positive experience.
