This class is designed for members age 14 and older who is a beginner and wants to work toward being intermediate in fitness level, who just want to be the best that they can be and able to enjoy an active lifestyle. Red’s Just Wanna Be Fit training regimen includes strength, cardiovascular, kettlebells, TRX, Bootcamp obstacles and functional fitness exercises. Classes are scheduled twice a week.
This program is for adults (14 and older) and combines weight training, TRX (body weight training) and using the Boot Camp obstacles. Included will be: battle ropes, pulling sleds, flipping tires and climbing the different obstacles. The class will be 55 minutes and is geared to the intermediate to advanced participant. This program is available to members 18 years and older who are currently involved in some type of exercise program and intermediate to advanced in fitness level. XFIT is designed to enhance athletic performance and overall fitness for when TRAINING is your sport. . . and your greatest competitor is yourself. Classes are scheduled once or twice a week.
Red’s XFIT (Extreme Fitness) Kettlebell Training for members (age 14 & older) will teach you how to safely and effectively use the kettlebell to improve your strength, flexilibity and stamina which will contribute to your fitness and athletic per- formance goals.This class is not appropriate for beginners. This is a bike trainer class geared towards cyclists and triathletes-to take your training to a new level. Bring your own bike in & hook up to the trainer to work on technique, power, high cadence, climbing & sprinting. The trainer allows for natural side-to-side motion so you can experience a life-like road ride. Classes are scheduled once a week.
Red’s XFIT (Extreme Fitness) for young adults (ages 7-8), (9-13) and (14-18) is age appropriate athletic conditioning involving a combination of strength, power, speed and agility training. These are combined with endurance training which can also help with specific sports and total athletic performance. Included in the 7-8 age group is training to master the skills in the President’s Challenge testing which is required in most schools. We also provide training to prepare high school athletes to attend a combine. Classes are scheduled two times a week.

This class will be a circuit style, fast paced class consisting of punch combinations using heavy bags, glide bags, cardio movements, stationary boxing unit, and applying techniques in the ring. This class will be a total body workout that Class will be held in the Boxing Room. (Hand wraps and boxing gloves are required.)
This program is designed for the beginner/intermediate swimmer. Participants should be able to swim across the pool on their own. This program is designed to improve your strokes, gain endurance, or just give you the company of fellow swimmers Workouts will be provided for general swimming fitness. Classes are scheduled twice a week.
This program is designed for the advanced swimmers who have solid strokes and swim in triathlon and masters competitions, but still need technique work and better endurance through structured workouts. Each practice will include structured swim workouts to improve endurance and speed, with emphasis on drills. Classes are scheduled twice a week.
This class is for the child who has a passion for swimming and wants to join a swim team, do triathlons, get in better shape, or just because they want to get more experience on how to swim. The class will consist of 30 minutes of swimming. They can learn up to all four strokes throughout the month depending on the swimmer’s level. They will learn how to do a flip turn, use a kick board, and learn to do drills to continue improving their swim technique. 15 minutes of each class will be dedicated to strength training in the water. Class is geared toward intermediate to advanced and incorporates running mechanics such as flexibility, core strength, speed and endurance to make you a stronger, faster runner. Tips on injury prevention are also included. This is a training class and will include running workouts and long runs. The curiculum will be geared specically to the participants needs, level and goals. Classes are scheduled twice a week.
Team Training is designed for athletes who are currently playing together on a team and want to improve their competitive edge. It is sport specific athletic conditioning encompassing a variety of strength and conditioning exercise, including conventional weight lifting, athletic conditioning, kettlebell training, plyometric training, and TRX training to enhance athletic performance specific to your sport. This running package is a consultation or series of consultations to help you get ready for your race. We will evaluate your running workout regimen and make suggestions or design a custom training program according to your goal (5k, 10k,1/2 marathon, marathon, etc.). We will monitor your progress and make adjustments to your workouts throughout the program (4 – 8 weeks suggested/1 hour per week). Available one-on-one or for small groups.
