On April 13th The NPC Louisiana Championships will be hosting a training and workshop here at Reds for those competing this year or thinking about it or wanting to know more about how to learn more. It’s is being called “A Day at Red’s” to include training in the morning 6 am to 1 pm, lunch at Red’s Snack Bar(on your own) 11 am to 1 pm, guest speakers at 1 pm to 2 pm, and official NPC Workshop from 2 pm to 4 pm. There will be many IFBB pros on hand as well NPC officials to conduct a workshop for those interested in learning about this year’s competition schedule, rules and regulations. There will be contest promoters on hand to talk about their upcoming events.

October 19 NPC Southern Muscle Baton Rouge
This year’s NPC Louisiana championships will include a new division for Military/Uniform competitors. The criteria for eligibility for this new event will be military competitors must be stationed here or a resident of Louisiana if stationed out-of-state.
