"Bad" Chad's Boxncar Promotions presents; Thursday night's "Heat" at the Hilton, live professional boxing returns to Lafayette in dynamic fashion on Thursday, December 2nd.
Your current, reigning U.B.O. All American lightweight Champion, Louisiana lightweight champion, "Rock Hard Mighty" Mason Menard 13-1-11ko's with his dynamic speed, precision punches, heart and determination, he will be the main event of the evening in an 8 round bout. Jessie Patin 3-1-3ko's will make his much anticipated return to the ring, we all know after watching Jessie; usually the entire arena is standing on their feet. Bailey Bobbitt 3-0-2ko's will also be back in action in a 4 round bout, after Bailey's last 17 second assault, everyone should be anticipating seeing Bailey do the same again.
In what seems to be a very interesting match up; Gil Guillory local M.M.A. promoter, in which has had several boxing matches in his lifetime, he asked me to allow him to fight on my card, I said! Sure, why not? So Gil Guillory will be fighting "Smilin" Martin Verdin from Dulac, La. Gil said to me, I will knock this boy out! Martin on the other hand feels slightly disrespected by Gil agreeing to this fight. Bad blood? I do not know this, I do know that there is a lot riding on this fight for both fighters!
The always impressive Bobby "The Prodigy" Bryant 8-0-6ko's will be back in action, Joe Winters 1-0 from Greenville, Ms. will look to stay unbeaten. and all the way from New York, Stevie Gamache, son of former 3 time world champion Joey Gamache. I am very excited, we will have the opportunity to watch the son, walk in his fathers footsteps.
This will be a Thursday night, we will start at 7pm sharp!! I will have everyone out before 10pm, I guarantee, this fight will sell-out!
