This is an American Red Cross Lifeguard certification including lifeguarding, CPR, AED, first aid. If you are unable to make all class dates and times, you will not receive your certification. You must be at least 15 years old to take the class.

This introductory course is a great opportunity for your child to learn the game of tennis. If their goal is “just for fun” or to play for their school, this is the place to start. They will learn proper fundamentals, scoring, and strategy of how to play the game.

This is an introductory level course designed to introduce and teach your child about the game of tennis. The children will have lots of fun. Each child will receive a water bottle, hat & t-shirt. If you have a child that is above the beginning level and is interested in a summer program, please call Dianne Lowings at 984-7738. We have tennis programs for all levels.

Red’s offers junior tennis clinics year round (summer, fall, winter/spring) for beginners to intermediate players, 6-18 yrs old. We will teach the basic rules, all the basic strokes, match play, strategy, and play games (according to their level). The clinics will be offered weekly, and you can sign up at any time during the season. Sign up is online, please click the link below.

This camp is designed to improve basketball skills and fundamentals. Campers will learn the basics of how to dribble, pass, shoot, rebound, and play defense. Campers will learn the rules of the game, sportsmanship, and team play. Beginners will use 8 1/2 ft goals and biddy basketballs

The camp includes basic boxing moves including discipline in and out of the ring. Kids can join in at any time but, as the camp goes on they will build on skills taught earlier in the session. The kids will become familiar with and learn how to use the equipment & techniques in the Boxing Gym.
Equipment each member will need to bring to all training sessions: 8 oz. bag gloves (lace or velcro), hand wraps and a water bottle.

Cheer and Dance Strength and Conditioning is our NEW program designed for girls ages 9-14 and takes place in Studio B, upstairs. This program helps girls enhance endurance and strengthen muscle groups needed for strong cheer and dance technique. There are two, 1-week long sessions available to choose from.

Boys Training is a program designed for children 9 to 14 years old and takes place in the MIT room. The unique program helps build confidence and inspires positive lifestyle changes through group fitness exercise, personal training and team building. The program consists of group sessions 2 days per week for 4-5 weeks. Kids will work in a small group setting with other kids their age.

Sport Activities
We will be offering a variety of free drop-in activities this summer. Supervision and daily workouts will be provided. This is not a lesson or instructional environment.
