Robert Bienvenu has been busy adding to his trophy wall. Robert took home 3 "Swords" (1st place awards) recently in the Push-Pull competition in New Roads. He pushed 190#s in the Bench Press & pulled 280#s in the Deadlift totaling 470#s in all, which gave him a 1st place win in all 3 divisions. Congrats to Robert!
