There will be a competition workshop here at Red's on April 21st from 1 PM to 4 PM. All persons competiting or wishing to compete can benefit from topics to be descussed on subjects such as posing, diet, and training. NPC Louisiana Chairman Luke Tesvich will be on had to also discuss 2012 NPC rules changes, contest dates, and other important need to know information.
