All of our M.I.T. classes, master's swim, and other specialty classes (applicable fees apply) are offered every calendar month. Sign up for these classes is available around the middle of every month for the upcoming month. Yes, since current participants are offered 1st choice to continue, we do often have a waiting list for several classes.
We ask that you do, however, put your name on the waiting list. We are often able to accomodate these "waiting" members, if not for the current month, then within the next month or so. Please sign up for the waiting list. This is the only way we know how many people are interested and if we need to consider opening additional classes.

Master's Swim, T&Th at 5:00am-6:30am (new time)
Just Wanna Be Fit, M&W at 5:30pm
Hour of Power Bike Trainer Class, Mondays at 5:30am
Fit to Run, T&Th at 8:00am
Athletic Conditioning for Young Adults, M&W at 4:00pm or T&Th at 4:00pm
Boot Camp, T&Th at 8:30am
Body Sculpting, M&W at 9:00am or Th at 5:30am
