Red’s X FIT encompasses a variety of strength and conditioning exercise, including conventional weight lifting, athletic conditioning, kettlebell training, plyometric training and TRX training to enhance athletic performance and overall fitness for when TRAINING is your sport. . . and your greatest competitor is yourself.
You are committing for a minimum of 1 month AND WILL BE CHARGED FOR ON-GOING SESSIONS until you inform your instructor otherwise. No-shows will be charged.
