Red’s Just Wanna Be Fit training regimen includes strength, cardiovascular and functional fitness exercises as well as nutrition guidance and information. This class is designed for the beginner who wants to work toward being intermediate in fitness level or the person who just wants to be the best that they can be and able to enjoy an active lifestyle.
You are committing for a minimum of 1 month AND WILL BE CHARGED FOR ON-GOING SESSIONS until you inform your instructor otherwise. No-shows will be charged.

Must be 14 years of age or over.
