H2O FOR KIDS MW 5PM
This is for the child who has a passion for swimming and wants to join a swim team, do triathlons, get in better shape, or just because they want to get more experience on how to swim. The class will consist of 30 minutes of swimming. They can learn up to all four strokes throughout the month depending on the swimmer’s level. They will learn how to do a flip turn, use a kick board, and learn to do drills to continue improving their swim technique. The last 15 minutes of class will be dedicated to strength training in the water to improve their muscle and coordination skills; this will include water weights, treading water, etc.
You are committing for a minimum of 1 month AND WILL BE CHARGED FOR ON-GOING SESSIONS until you inform your instructor otherwise. No-shows will be charged.
Maximum 10 participants
Ages 7-13, must be able to swim a complete 25 (one length of the pool) freestyle without stopping & needing an assistant in the water.
