Body Pump Heavy – A Kristen

Workout to slow tempo music with a barbell or plate with lots of recovery time which allows you to master your technique and form.  Class is designed for anyone looking to get strong, increase muscular strength, lean muscle mass and help increase bone density.      All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend.
