Congratulations to Robert “Bob” Bienvenu who competed in Laughton Nevada April 7-8, 2017. He bench pressed 170 pounds, squatted 176 pounds and dead lifted 314 pounds. The meet was put on by Martin Drake, a world champion, with strict international judges judging the competition. Bob competed in the 65-69 age, 181 pound class and says he will continue to compete to train in World Competitions as long as he can walk and think clearly. He is 68 years old and says Red’s has been great for his training and keeping him in shape. With a little help from God, the sky’s the limit.
