Robert, Bob, Bienvenu competed in the 2016 AAU World Powerlifting and Weightlifting Championships in Las Vegas winning a total of 18 1st Place World Championships in the Masters, 65-69 age & Lifetime Masters Division in the 181 # weight class. Bienvenu set 5 State records in his age & weight division. He bench pressed 180 pounds, squatted 203 pounds and dead lifted 319 pounds for a 702 pound total. Bienvenu will also compete in Laughton, Neveda in the AAU North American Championships in April 2017. Bienvenu replies “God is Good”.
