The meet was held at ULL Track & Field complex on June 5th, 2010. the meet consisted of 5 throwing events, the Hammer Throw, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin and Weight Throw.
The 3 Ultra Weights thrown were the 98#, 200# and 300# Throw. Only the Die Hard Athletes throw the 300# weight. Some of the athletes came from as far as Florida and Alabama. The competition was great and everyone was talking about doing it again next year.
