Robert, Bob, Bienvenu, competed January 10th in the USAPL Louisiana State Championships. He competed at 183 pounds in the Open Division against men of all ages. He finished 4th place with lifts of: 181.75# bench press, 209.25# squat and 314# dead lift for a combined total of 705#. This was his best total lift in competition in 5 years. The winning lifter was 48 years younger than Bienvenu. Bob says, he will continue to compete until he can't walk anymore! Congrats to Bob!
