    Greg Vidos

Greg Vidos recently competed in the National Masters Track and Field Championships in Oshkosh, WI, July 10-12.  He competed in the High Jump and placed 3rd with a jump of 5'11".  The winning jump was 6'2" in his age group (45-49).  This was his second year competing and he hopes to win it next year.  Greg has utilized Red's for an extensive sport specific weight training program and it has paid off.  He improved by more than 5" over last year. Congratulations, Greg!
