Try this low calorie high protein snack:
You need 1 tomato sliced, 1 ounce fresh mozzarella cheese
sliced, fresh basil leaves and drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil and balsamic
vinegar. Salt and pepper to
taste. High In Vitamin C and Potassium,
and only 150 calories and 7 g protein.
On the go snack, try these “more wholesome” energy
bars. A little less processed and
