Power Yoga – 1 Kim

In this flow and alignment-based class, you will learn advanced yoga poses such as arm balances, backbends and inversions in stages and with the use of props as needed.  This is a mixed level class that will challenge and meet you where you are in your personal yoga practice. This class in 1 hr & 15min  (Basic foundational yoga experience is highly recommended.)
