BOOT CAMP MW 5AM
The class format is a combination of weight training, TRX,(body weight training) and using the Boot Camp obstacles: throwing ropes, pulling sleds, flipping tires, and climbing different obstacles. The class will be 55 minutes.
You are committing for a minimum of 1 month AND WILL BE CHARGED FOR ON-GOING SESSIONS until you inform your instructor otherwise. No-shows will be charged.
Maximum 10 participants.
Must be 14 years of age or over.
