ATHLETIC CONDITIONING for Young Adults TT 5PM
Red’s X FIT for young adults is age appropriate athletic conditioning involving a combination of strength, power, speed and agility training. These are combined with endurance training which can also pertain to specific sports and/or total athletic performance. Included in the 7-8 year age group is training to improve the skills that are included in the President’s Challenge testing which is required in most schools. For the 14-18 age group, activities can prepare them for combine.
Participants are only charged when they attend. Drop-ins are welcome.
