It took four months, but a new goal has been reached. Vince Breaux's first successful 500# benchpress is now a reality. On August 29th, in Humble, Texas Vince had a benchpress of 501.5# in the American Powerlifting Federation for a new American record. He is in the 60-64 age group and weighs in at 215.2#.Read more
