Robert Bob Bienvenu along with partner and friend, Chili Trigger, competed in the APF Powerlifting Louisiana State Championships. Bob benched pressed 187#, squated 220# and deadlifted 325# in the 181#, 60-69 years masters division. Bob broke 4 unofficial state records and won the State Championship in powerlifting and the bench press averaging 244 pounds per lift. Congratulations to Bob for another outstanding performance.
