This class is designed for members age 14 and older who is a beginner and wants to work toward being intermediate in fitness level, who just want to be the best that they can be and able to enjoy an active lifestyle. Red’s Just Wanna Be Fit training regimen includes strength, cardiovascular, kettlebells, TRX, Bootcamp obstacles and functional fitness exercises. Classes are scheduled twice a week.
This program is for adults (14 and older) and combines weight training, TRX (body weight training) and using the Boot Camp obstacles. Included will be: battle ropes, pulling sleds, flipping tires and climbing the different obstacles. The class will be 55 minutes and is geared to the intermediate to advanced participant. Classes are scheduled twice a week.
This program is available to members 18 years and older who are currently involved in some type of exercise program and intermediate to advanced in fitness level. Red’s XFIT (Extreme Fitness) encompasses a variety of strength and conditioning exercise, including conventional weight lifting, athletic conditioning, kettlebell training, plyometric training and TRX training. XFIT is designed to enhance athletic performance and overall fitness for when TRAINING is your sport. . . and your greatest competitor is yourself. Classes are scheduled once or twice a week.
Red’s XFIT (Extreme Fitness) for young adults (ages 8-14) is age appropriate athletic conditioning involving a combination of strength, power, speed and agility training. These are combined with endurance training which can also help with specific sports and total athletic performance.
This class is for the child who has a passion for swimming and wants to join a swim team, do triathlons, get in better shape, or just because they want to get more experience on how to swim. The class will consist of 30 minutes of swimming. They can learn up to all four strokes throughout the month depending on the swimmer’s level. They will learn how to do a flip turn, use a kick board, and learn to do drills to continue improving their swim technique. 15 minutes of each class will be dedicated to strength training in the water. Classes are scheduled twice a week.
