As a former competitive bodybuilder of 20 years, Jessie understands how to achieve the highest level of fitness. As a 70 year old personal trainer with 30 years experience, he does his best to train his clients to be at their best fitness level considering their age or other limitations while avoiding possible injury. Most, like Jessie, just want to function at work at a later age, travel and just be able to interact with their grandchildren. Jessie’s goal is to help his clients maintain these lifestyles.

Robbie received his B.S. and M.Ed. degrees in Exercise Science at The University of Louisiana-Lafayette, while working as a personal trainer and strength coach at Red’s. He is also certified by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association -16 years), is Crossfit Level 1 certified, and has been published and presented both locally and nationally. Over the years, Robbie has has the privilege of working with many high level athletes (PGA golfer, minor and major league baseball, college and NFL football, UFC fighter, Team USA trampoline athletes, and 2012 Olympic trampoline finalist) during his term as a student assistant strength coach at UL, his career at Red’s, as well as with the Philadelphia Phillies Baseball Club as a strength coach for the Reading Phillies (AA) for the 2003 season. Robbie continues to look for new ways to help people achieve their fitness goals.

Eugene has made Louisiana his permanent home. Originally born in Ghana – West Africa, was transplanted to Texas where he grew up. In 2001, Eugene attended The University of Louisiana-Lafayette on an athletic scholarship to play football. He graduated in May of 2006 with a B.F. A. degree. After ending his professional football endeavors, he found his passion in the fitness profession as a fitness trainer. Eugene is certified through A.C.E. ( American Council on Exercise) since 2008. His specialty is kettlebell training . As a StrongFirst Level 2 Kettlebell instructor (SFG 2), Eugene continues his path in fitness by teaching others how to use the kettlebell, along with other tools safely and effectively to reach and or exceed their fitness goals.

Nellie was born and raised in Lafayette, LA, and always involved with sports. She received an athletic scholarship to play soccer for Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA in 2001. She graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in May 2005. Before she was hired at Reds Health Club in August 2005, she did a 7 month internship in Cincinnati, OH at Ignition APG. A facility that did specialty athletic training for all age groups as well as trained several members of the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals. She has been A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) certified since 2006. She has also been involved with coaching volleyball and helping with volleyball camps since 2009. Nellie has developed programs over the years with the purpose of improving speed, agility and strength in training programs for 10-18 year olds for their various sports. Since becoming a mother of three, her passion for helping young children and mothers live a healthier more active lifestyle has become a focus of her training and life goals.

Bryce was born and raised in Lafayette, LA. He attended St. Thomas More Catholic High School where he would go on to graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor degree in Kinesiology. Using a variety of different exercise techniques, he prefers cross-training and the use of kettlebells in every training session. Being a multi-sport athlete, he can design a program that fits any clients needs.
