Basic Cardio & Toning – B Adrienne

A short warm-up followed by resistance training designed to tone and strengthen, (using barbells & dumbbells),. The second half of class is a combination of basic step choreography (12min) and low impact (8min). The choreography is less complicated and is designed for beginner level or anyone coming off an injury, etc…
