PUMP is NEW Again!

After 20 years, PUMP is NEW again! We will launch a new format beginning July 1st.

The format for pump is designed to increase strength, functional fitness, adding balance moves and formatted to burn more calories.  The new format will be: warm up, legs, triceps, biceps, legs, back & shoulders will be together, chest, 4 min of cardio and finish with abs.  Come and get challenged
