Of course, sunscreen is your number 1 protection! But in addition to sunscreen, there is
a one healthy snack you may want to munch on that will help keep sun spots
away: pomegranate seeds. Pomegranate Seeds contain ellagic acid
and antioxidants that help to neutralize skin damaging free radicals. In fact it was shown to be twice as
effective as red wine, and seven times more effective than green tea! Pick up some pomegranates at the market
and pop out the seeds. You can
also save time and buy the seeds pre-extracted in frozen or refrigerated
packages. Top you cereal, oatmeal,
or yogurt with them or just eat them by the handful!
