This is an American Red Cross Lifeguard certification including lifeguarding, CPR, AED, first aid. If you are unable to make all class dates and times, you will not receive your certification. You must be at least 15 years old to take the class.

This introductory course is a great opportunity for your child to learn the game of tennis. If their goal is “just for fun” or to play for their school, this is the place to start. They will learn proper fundamentals, scoring, and strategy of how to play the game. Instructor: Dianne Lowings

This is an introductory level course designed to introduce and teach your child about the game of tennis. The children will have lots of fun. Each child will receive a water bottle, hat & t-shirt. Red’s Tennis Academy is offered year round. During the summer you can sign up from week to week with a 3 day notice to begin and take as many sessions as you want. Included in the practice sessions is everything from the fundamental of tennis to basic strokes, stroke analysis, match play, strategy, game playing, etc.

A Pickleball paddle is included in the camp cost. This introductory camp is a great way to get your child involved in one of the fastest growing sports in America. We will teach all the basic fundamental skills, basic rules, NVZ (non-volley zone), play games and more…

Girls Fitness is a program designed for girls 9 to 14 years old. The unique program helps build confidence and inspires positive lifestyle changes through group fitness exercise, personal training and team building.

Boys Fitness is a program designed for boys 9 to 14 years old. The unique program consists of athletic conditioning involving a combination of strength, power, speed and agility training.
The program consists of group sessions 2 days per week for four weeks. Boys will work in a small group setting with other boys their age.

This camp is designed to improve basketball skills and fundamentals. Campers will learn the basics of how to dribble, pass, shoot, rebound, and play defense. Campers will learn the rules of the game, sportsmanship, and how to be competitive in competition and team play. Kids will be grouped by ages (7-10 yrs, 11-13 yrs). Beginners will use 8 1/2 ft goals and biddy basketballs.

The camp will include basic boxing moves including discipline in and out of the ring. The participants will become familiar with and learn how to use the equipment in the Boxing Gym. The participants will spar against each other the last week (optional).
Equipment each member will need to bring to all training sessions: 8 oz. bag gloves (lace or velcro), hand wraps and a water bottle. A mouth piece is required to spar during the last week.

Sport Leagues
We will be offering a variety of free drop-in leagues this summer. The leagues are an introduction to the sport. Supervision and daily workouts will be provided. This is not a lesson or instructional environment.
